Temple of Heaven Gunpowder - Green Tea

Origin: China

This green tea is rolled into tight small balls resembling gun pellets from which it derived its name. As it steeps, the leaf unrolls into a wonderful green mass that produces a light and refreshing cup with a hint of smokiness. This is a classic tea that is very popular all over China. It can be enjoyed at any time throughout the day and handles re-infusions very well.

Brewing Instructions:
- one teaspoon/cup
- 80 ̊C water temperature
- steep for 1-3 mins
- usually drunk without milk
- may be reinfused
