Spearmint - Herbal Infusion

Spearmint, also known as garden mint, balm mint, or Notre-Dame mint, has narrow deep green leaves and its flowers are grouped together in a spearhead. It is highly appreciated for its digestive properties and its ability to relieve nausea, especially due to motion sickness. Quite often it is also used to find relief from headaches and tension. Compared to peppermint the scent and infusion is sweeter but with the same vibrant and refreshing kick. 

 Brewing Instructions:

- one teaspoon/cup
- 98 ̊C water temperature
- steep for 5 mins+
- usually drunk without milk
- may not be reinfused
