Pu-Erh

Origin: China

Pu-Erh is the only tea that improves with age. It undergoes a long period of fermentation unlike all other teas which are produced with the help of oxidation (or lack of). This unique tea has a characteristically dark liquor and a rich earthy and robust taste. Interestingly, recent studies claim that Pu-Erh is not just healthy but could aid digestion and help with weight loss.

Brewing Instructions:
- one teaspoon/cup
- 98 ̊C water temperature
- steep for approx. 3 mins
- usually drunk without milk
- may not be reinfused
