Organic White Peony - White Tea

Origin: China

White tea has gained a reputation for being the healthiest tea due to its high content of antioxidants. Only the finest tender top buds and two leaves are picked. These leaves are then left to dry naturally in the sun. This results in a unique nutty almost bamboo like fragrance and a sweet mellow taste. This is one of the most exquisite white teas you can buy and an absolute pleasure to drink.

100g of tea = 200g tin

Brewing Instructions:
- one teaspoon/cup
- 80 ̊C water temperature
- steep for 2-3 mins
- usually drunk without milk
- may be reinfused
