Ethiopian Yirgacheffe

Qualities: Medium to light roast to retain the lovely fruity and floral flavour. Especially good for filter and cafetiere.

Yirgacheffe is grown high in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia using Heirloom beans, wet processed. Grown at an altitude of up to 1800m.

This is a really beautiful, delicate coffee with aromas of jasmine and citrus fruit. A sweet, clean, cup with fruity notes.  A medium bodied coffee with good acidity.
