Yirgacheffe is grown high in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia using Heirloom beans, wet processed. Grown at an altitude of up to 1800m.
This is a really beautiful, delicate coffee with aromas of jasmine and citrus fruit. A sweet, clean, cup with fruity notes. A medium bodied coffee with good acidity.
