This is a real speciality in the tea world. Shortly after the withering process the wet leaves are steamed with milk which becomes embedded in the leaf creating the unforgettable creamy, almost coconut-like flavour that makes this oolong so remarkable. The perfect introduction to a green oolong.
Brewing Instructions:
- one teaspoon/cup
- 90 ̊C water temperature
- steep for approx. 3 mins
- usually drunk without milk
- may be reinfused
