I ♥ Yoga - Herbal infusion

I Love Yoga is a classic Ayurvedic tea blend of cinnamon pieces, ginger, stinging nettle leaves, cloves, sweet blackberry leaves, cardamom seeds and white pepper. 

A vibrant herbal infusion on its own or try it blended with your choice of black tea to create a delicious traditional spiced chai. 

Brewing Instructions:
- one teaspoon/cup
- 98 ̊C water temperature
- steep for 5 mins+
- usually drunk without milk
- may not be reinfused
