Turkish Apple - Fruit infusion

Ingredients

Apple pieces, Pineapple cubes (Pineapple, Sugar), Acidifying agent, Citric acid, Freeze-Dried Apple pieces.

Sweet apple pieces and chunks of lovely pineapple form the basis of this sensational infusion. The crisp and slightly sour character of the apple flavour makes it truly uplifting. The longer you steep it, the sweeter it will become but feel free to stir in a bit of extra sweetness to make it into that holiday treat.

Brewing Instructions:

- 1.5 teaspoon/cup
- 98 ̊C water temperature
- steep for 7 mins
- usually drunk without milk
