Balance Tea

According to Ayurvedic teaching, this blend is soothing and balancing. Sweet and soft in taste with a tender, flowery accent, it invites you to a relaxing moment and makes you feel particularly good. 

Ingredients: Cinnamon Pieces, Cardamom, Liquorice Root, Coriander, Fennel, Ginger Root,  Rose Petals  

Please note that excessive amounts of liquorice should be avoided if you suffer from high blood pressure. 

Brewing Instructions:
- one teaspoon/cup
- 98 ̊C water temperature
- steep for 5 mins+
- usually drunk without milk
- may not be reinfused
