Assam - Thowra - Black Tea

Ingredients:  Single Estate Assam Tea (India)

This tea is grown in one of the most famous tea gardens of the region. This strong and malty dream of a second flush Assam has a typically large Assamica leaf that is well processed with plenty of golden tips. A spiced malty scent unfolds from the deeply copper-coloured cup.

Brewing Instructions:
- one teaspoon/cup
- 98 ̊C water temperature
- steep for approx. 3-5 mins
- can be enjoyed with or without milk
- may not be reinfused
