Yunnan Special White - White Tea

Origin: China

Introducing a very special white tea from Yunnan province in central China, the birthplace of tea. This traditional tea growing region is not known for white tea production, so we are extremely excited to have stumbled upon this rari-tea! This high quality white tea is grown at altitude of between 1,300 - 2,000 metres with average temperatures between 12 - 23 ̊C, an ideal position that results in a deliciously complex tea you would not get under different growing conditions. The large, unfurled, light green leaf with silver-coloured tips leaves a soft, mild, yet fruity bouquet to savour and enjoy.

Brewing Instructions:
- one teaspoon/cup
- 80 ̊C - 85 ̊C water temperature
- steep for approx. 3 mins
- usually drunk without milk
- may be reinfused
