Heats up and brightens up the mood when the days are frosty and black. A mulled wine ganache is glowing under a milk chocolate coating, with mountain milk from Tyrolean mountain farmers. With red wine from Schönberger (Burgenland/Austria), the winemaker who used to play in the legendary Austrian music band EAV (Erste Allgemeine Verunsicherung). Notes of cinnamon, cloves and lemon put you into a Christmas mood.
