A festive red wine chocolate: Olivin, vineyard Winkler-Hermaden’s signature wine, made from grapes grown on volcanic rock and showing up in the form of a powerful “Blue Zweigelt” red wine, flows into a bonbon-like chocolate ganache created with dark chocolate and a white, vegan rice couverture featuring some beautiful vanilla accents. Covered in dark chocolate, and entirely vegan.
