Coffee Couverture filled with cognac cream

Some French Altmeister Cognac infuses a dark chocolate ganache with a balanced and intense flavour. And in line with its finish, dominated by notes of roasted coffee beans, this beautiful creation is enveloped in a coffee couverture. This makes perfect sense, because Zotter even make their own coffee at their in-house roastery with Arabica coffee beans from the highlands of Mexico and Colombia.
