Guatemalan Monte Rosa is a wet processed coffee, meaning the fruit covering the seeds/bean is removed before they are dried. It's high grown in San Marcos on the Nueva Granada Estate, grown at an altitude of over 1400 metres above sea level. The slower growth of higher altitude coffees produces a harder, denser bean which gives a more consistent flavour. This coffee is very easy to drink, without bitterness or acidity. Rich, smooth and delicious!
