Full of excellent clean ginger notes with a refreshing ginger hot finish which lingers on in your mouth. Enjoy it plain or make it extra special by adding some lemon or honey.

Brewing Instructions:
- one teaspoon/cup
- 98 ̊C water temperature
- steep for 5 mins+
- usually drunk without milk
- may not be reinfused
