Assam - Namdang - Black Tea

Grade: BP (Broken Pekoe)

Our first ever CTC (Crush-Tear-Curl) processed tea has arrived. This process is the most widely used method for making tea and 96% of the tea we enjoy in the UK is produced in this way. If you love a strong black tea then this is the tea for you. Heavy, rich and spicy, we suggest a generous helping of milk to complement this flavoursome Assam.  

Brewing Instructions:

- One teaspoon/cup
- 98 ̊C water temperature
- Steep for approx. 3-5 mins
- Can be enjoyed with or without milk
- May not be reinfused
