Collection: Green Tea
Green tea is primarily consumed in Asia but are becoming more and more popular in the west. After picking, a heat source is used to destroy the enzymes that cause oxidation, hence the leaves remain green. Green tea is light and refreshing in character and lower in caffeine than black teas. It is a real treat when you just want to relax and clear your mind.
