Mountain Milk Chocolate filled with beer ganache
For strong guys: Nicobar IPA is an India Pale Ale created from lemon hops by the small, multi-award-winning organic brewery Gusswerk in Salzburg using an old, traditional method. It comes in a chocolate ganache made from a caramel couverture, dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content and a bit of hazelnut praline and is covered in mountain milk chocolate with a 50% cocoa content.
Nicobar India Pale Ale was named after the only Austrian colony in the Indian Ocean, the Nicobar Islands (near Malaysia and Singapore). A long time ago, an Austrian fleet made its way there from the port of Triest, carrying an unusually strong type of alcohol, which has now been resurrected as Nicobar IPA. The Nicobar colony, by the way, was held by only 6 Austrians – and not for very long.
